68 Pieces: Circles

ACTIVATION

68 Pieces presents CIRCLES, an immersive design activation exploring material transformation, continuity and the relationship between what we wear and the spaces we inhabit.

At its centre is a sculptural installation by artist Tony Tone, conceived as an environment for visitors to enter, sit, interact and experience.

Surrounding the installation is a limited-edition selection of wearable and functional objects, including reconstructed kimonos and bags, created through the studio’s approach to reclaimed and existing materials.

CIRCLES brings together art, design, spatial thinking and craft, exploring how materials can move through different forms and functions. The activation offers an insight into the wider practice of 68 Pieces and its approach to developing considered objects, spaces and experiences from existing resources, while opening possibilities for collaboration with brands, businesses and creative spaces.
