African Design League Presents: The Dopest Album Covers of 2026
ACTIVATION
Dopest Album Covers is a flagship creative platform by African Design League, celebrating the artistry behind music branding and visual storytelling. Now wrapping up its fifth season, the team is producing a live-recorded season finale — part panel discussion, part party — to honour the year’s most iconic album cover and the creative team behind it.
A 90-minute panel discussion hosted by Mr MediaX & Touchda8thWanda, featuring four expert panelists from music, design and media, followed by a celebratory afterparty with DJs and drinks.
This event blends creative critique, cultural celebration and community connection — spotlighting the visual artists, designers,and photographers who shape music’s identity.
Attendees are invited to come dressed as their favourite album cover.
