The Cycle Of Becoming is an investigation of identity through urban spaces such as the city. It is to observe without bias, without historical context, how the rapid systems of the city play a part in forming individual and collective identity but also they also inform the city.

The show is an immersive experience alongside interactive activities such as a talk and works that fully allow for the ‘rumination or observation’ of the city and self. To use different mediums, forms and conventions that can form part of the investigation and the exhibition itself.

And Collectives South Africa is a multidisciplinary creative agency moving between contemporary and traditional art spaces, practices and forms. They centre the connection of, and conceptualisation of, art, brands and products that seek to exist outside of technicalities. Our biggest focus is being a friend to creatives alike in the hopes of building long-standing brand missions, visions and goals.
