dhk Architects | Conradie Park: Guided Development Tour
ACTIVATION
What does it take to create a new mixed-income neighbourhood in Cape Town?
Join dhk Architects for a guided tour of Conradie Park, a major mixed-use development on the former Conradie Hospital site in Pinelands.
Led by Guy Brigs and Peter Stokes, the 90-minute tour will explore the development’s approach to housing, public space, urban design and the integration of residential, commercial and recreational uses.
Participants will see how the precinct is taking shape and discuss what developments like Conradie Park can teach us about the future of housing and urban development in Cape Town.
The tour is led by dhk Architects, supported by Young Urbanists and Design Week South Africa, and forms part of the DWSA UNBuilt programme sponsored by dhk.
