Begin your Saturday morning with a guided forest bathing experience in the Company’s Garden, right in the heart of Cape Town. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, Nature Connect invites participants to slow down, engage their senses and reconnect with nature through sight, sound, touch and breath.
Led by Orlando Vincent Truter — cross-disciplinary creative director, experience designer and placemaker — this 90-minute experience explores how spending time in nature can support wellbeing, even in the middle of a busy city.
No swimming costume required. Just an open mind and perhaps a willingness to kick off your shoes.
