Their latest collection is a rollout of ndebele garlic gourds and baskets, bamboo woven pendants on stainless steel frames, wood turned candle holders, and Cape Town inspired pops of color in ceramics, paper mache, and eclectic artisanal home decor from the Cape.
From creating their own unique designs to hand selecting sustainable natural materials from Kwazulu-Natal, to each piece being hand woven by skilled artisans on location at their workshop, cratesofbeauty makes local, and every aspect of the process embraces slow commerce with elevated attention to detail.
