44 Stanley and Yoco are excited to bring you a special dinner presented by Chef Tebogo Mabye, taking place at Bean There Coffee, located in the heart of the iconic 44 Stanley. This event will celebrate creativity and craftsmanship, featuring local design elements within the beautiful venue, as well as contributions from neighbouring 44 Stanley tenants.
About Tebogo Mabye
Although not formally trained, Mabye has a long history in the food and hospitality industry. He recently participated in MasterChef South Africa (Season 5), which brought him wider recognition, though he has long been a part of the 44 Stanley community. His passion for coffee, community, and design aligns perfectly with the spirit of this event. Mabye’s culinary philosophy focuses on using the freshest seasonal ingredients to create vibrant dishes that celebrate African flavours. His dedication to healthy, flavourful cooking – shaped by his experience as an athlete living with type 1 diabetes – makes his cuisine both innovative and grounded in simplicity and integrity.
