A creative reset with Mirjam Macleod through the lens of Ayurveda
Rewire how you see, think, and create. This is not an art class, it’s a reset. Using both Ayurvedic principles and creative practice, you’ll be guided through exercises that help you step out of your head and into the process. The session ends with a shared lunch, giving space to reflect and connect.
