The Activation
Join Karen Vermeulen as she teaches a workshop where she will show you how to write and illustrate your own graphic memoir, using one single sheet of paper. Assisting the workshop attendees with how to come up with ideas, how to use design to tell a story, humour writing and cartoon illustration. All levels are welcome, you don’t need to know anything beforehand, Karen will guide you every step of the way.
The Brand
Karen Vermeulen is an author-illustrator-art director-designer and teacher. She’s written, illustrated, and designed a graphic memoir of sorts called Good Luck to Us All.
